At LargAroma (Sai International Perfume), we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:
- Unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Undamaged and in original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Due to the nature of aroma chemicals and fragrance compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene and quality control reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
