We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable). Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days within India. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or remote delivery locations.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
Due to the nature of aroma chemicals and fragrance products, all items are packed securely to prevent leakage or damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.
Once the order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company. However, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues where possible.
