Refund policy
Due to the nature of aroma chemicals and fragrance products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Returns or replacements are only accepted if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item.
To be eligible for a replacement or claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To report an issue, please contact us at [email protected] with clear photos or videos showing the problem. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you whether it has been approved or not. If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Do not send any product back without prior approval, as such returns will not be accepted.
After verification, we may offer a replacement of the product, store credit, or a refund (in rare applicable cases).
Refunds are not applicable in normal situations and are only considered in cases of damaged or incorrect items. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products, custom or special-order fragrances, sale or discounted items, gift cards, or any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges are not applicable. If a replacement is approved, it will be arranged directly by us.
