Odor Profile: Indole has a powerful, complex, floral-animalic aroma — at high concentration it is intensely fecal and animal-like, but at extreme dilution it transforms into an intoxicatingly beautiful jasmine, orange blossom and floral character. It is found naturally in jasmine, gardenia and neroli, and is absolutely essential for authentic white floral compositions.
